This product is ideal for appetizers and use with either hot or cold fillings. The pastry is quite neutral in taste, and so can be used equally well with savoury or sweet fillings. For example, they can be re-baked to make mini quiches, or with a vanilla cream filling and dusted with sugar to make mini Crème Brûlée. Type of pastry: Blind-baked pressed puff pastry (Dutch method).
